Milkiland Corporation was registered in Panama in 1999 with share capital 10,000 USD.
The Company ownes 100% part in the authorized capital of Daughter Enterprise Milkiland-Ukraine incorporated in Ukraine.The authorized capital of DE Milkiland-Ukraine is 10,000,000 UAH.
The Company ownes 75.23% shares of OJSC "Ostankinsky Molochny Combinat" (Moscow, Russia). The authorized capital of ODF as of 31.12.2007 was 58,480,000 RUB.
