Anatoliy Yurkevich (the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Milkiland Group) and Olga Yurkevich (a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer) indirectly control a total of 72.4% of the Milkiland N.V. shares. Another 4.8% of shares are controlled by Vyacheslav Rekov, the Non-executive Director and a Board member of the company.
22.4% of the shares of Milkiland N.V. are in the free float and being listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange since December 6, 2010.
