The Group’s production assets are located in Russia, Ukraine and Poland. The total annual milk processing capacity of the Group exceeds 1 million tons.

Milkiland’s dry dairy products are exported to over 30 countries.
Our international Dobryana brand is popular among cheese and dairy consumers in Ukraine, Russia and other CIS countries. Ostankinskoye 1955 is a brand for whole-milk products produced by Ostankino Diary Combine, well known by Moscow consumers. Fresh dairy under Ostrowia brand is also well known in Poland.
The operations of the Group in the CIS and EU are conducted through its subsidiaries in Ukraine, Russia and Poland.
The Group’s business in Ukraine is controlled through the Group’s subsidiary Milkiland Ukraine and includes milk processing (10 dairy plants), dairy farming, and extensive milk collection system throughout Ukraine.
Milkiland Agro is farming subsidiary of Milkiland Ukraine operating over 2,600 milking cows. The total land area cultivated by this company is about 23,000 hectares.
The Group’s business in Russia is operated through Milkiland RU subsidiary and OJSC Ostankino Dairy Combine (Ostankino).
Ostankino is the Moscow-based producer of whole milk products ranking No. 3 on local Moscow market, the largest regional CIS dairy market.
Milkiland RU is responsible for distribution of the Group’s cheese products in Russia and development of own cheese production in Rylsk Dairy Plant (Kursk region) acquired in 2012.
Since 2012 the Group also conducted its dairy business in EU through its Polish-based subsidiary – cheese making plant Ostrowia in Mazowian Voevodship of Poland.
