Milkiland, one of the leading dairy company operating in the CIS, debuted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The shares of the company were admitted for trading on the WSE under the ticker MLK and the trading started on December 6.
The WSE President Mr. Ludwik Sobolewski, Chairman of the Board of Milkiland N.V. Mr. Anatoliy Yurkevich, Director of UniCredit Bank Ms. Julia Bereshchenko, Mr. Taras Tokarskyi, Minister - counsellor of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland, representatives of the Management Board of the WSE and the company, as well as IPO advisers, Polish investors and financial journalists took part in the event.
The trading started with the opening price of 34.68 PLN per share which is 2.66% higher than the IPO price, demonstrated a stable growth during the session and closed with 36,01 PLN per share gaining 6.6% in the first day of trading. The total daily turnover was 7.4mn PLN.
