The Company Milkiland B.V. gets corporate rights of the ukrainian company Daughter Enterprise Milkiland-Ukraine.

On March 4th, 2008, 100% share of corporate rights of DE Milkiland-Ukraine were registered for Milkiland B.V. in Ukraine as well as new Statut of DE Milkiland-Ukraine.
