Polonne Milk Processing Plant was founded in 1932. The plant produced butter, cheese and casein.
As for the year 1960 the plant made 430 tonnes of cheese per annum.
As for the year 1999 annual processing of milk was 12,000.0 tonnes, butter - 246 tonnes, cheese - 330 tonnes, casein - 168 tonnes.
Since the year 2004 the plant has been managed as a branch by new owner. The plant raise up it's productive capacity for additional 4,400.0 tonnes of processed milk, 47.4 tonnes of cheese, 261 tonnes of butter, 123 tonnes of casein.
Since 2006 cheese production was stopped and the plant was redirected to the production of butter.
As for the 31.12.2007 the enterprise staff is 97 people.
The plant sales production to DE Milkiland-Ukraine for resale in domestic and foreign market.
