"Mirgorod Cheese Combinat" (Plant) was set in operation on December 28th, 1982, with planned production capacity 290 tonnes of milk processing per 24 hours
The plant produces 28 kinds of firm and semi-firm cheese, processed cheese and also whey powder and butter.
Productive facilities of the plant allow to produce per 24 hours:
- firm and semi-firm cheese - 25 t
- whey powder - 10.5 t
- butter - 9 t
- processed cheese - 9 t
The plant collectes milk for processing in 15 dictricts of Poltava region as well as processes milk delivered from Sumy region.
Mirgorod Cheese Plant produces cheese under popular trade marks "Dodriana" and "Kolyasda" of Milkiland-Ukraine for sale in Ukraine and abroad.
The enterprise staff as for the year 2007 is on average 421 people.
