Romenskiy Milk Combinat was set in operation in 1975.
The plant became a Public Corporation in 1993.
Since January 2006 the plant has been a branch of Private Enterprise "Ros".
The plant produces powded milk products, butter, cheese and whole milk products.
Romenskiy Milk Combinat is among the biggest ukrainian producers of skimmed milk powder, full cream milk powder in accordance with international standards.
Whole milk products the plant sells in local markets of Ukraine.
The plant supplies butter, cheese and milk powder for ukrainian market and for export.
The enterprise staff is 680 people.
