Milkiland B.V. Company aims at purchasing and renewing manufacturing enterprises and trade business associated with the dairy area.
The Company’s first manufacturing enterprise is OJSC "Ostankinsky Dairy Factory" (ODF), Moscow, Russia.
ODF is a dairy factory which involves a complete process cycle, its structure includes a milk processing shop, a whole-milk production shop, and cheese production shop. The factory is fully supplied by energy resources and water.
ODF's maximum 24 hour performance is 1 000 tonnes of milk processing.
ODF’s facilities allow producing nearly 250 thousand tonnes of dairy products annually.
The production facilities of Ostankinsky Dairy Factory allow producing the following amounts of products annually:
- processed liquid milk – 144,7 thousands tonnes (of which 92,1 th.t. accounts for sterilized liquid milk (UHT-milk) and 52,6 th. t. for pasteurized liquid milk);
- cultured milk products – 49,7 thousands tonnes;
- yoghurts – 20 thousands tonnes;
- of which – drinking yoghurts – 16 thousands tonnes;
- and dessert yoghurts – 4 thousand tonnes;
- cottage cheese products – 19.3 thousand tonnes;
- sour cream – 7,3 thousand tonnes;
- butter – 4 thousand tonnes.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine ownes parts in statute capital of companies, which control over milk processing plants in Ukraine. The group of milk processing plants make annual milk procession over 500 thousand tonnes of raw milk. The dairy plants have equipment for production of cheese, butter, casein, full cream milk powder and skimmed milk powder, whey powder, whole-milk products and ice-cream.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine ownes trade marks registered in Ukraine and abroad (Russia, Kasakchstan and some other countries) and technological specifications for dairy products as well.
