Milkiland B. V. Company was incorporated on July 13th, 2007 in the Netherlands, and its objective is to develop dairy processing business in Eastern European countries, distribute dairy products in Europe and worldwide.
Milkiland B.V. Company made its first investments in Russia.
On January 16th, 2008, the company bought 75.23% shares of OJSC "Ostankinsky Dairy Factory" aiming to develop the line of milk processing for manufacturing of whole milk products.
Entering into Ukrainian market has become the next stage of the Company development.
On January 30th, 2008, the company signed the contract of purchase of 100% shares of Milkiland Corporation (Panama). Milkiland Corporation invests to milk industry of Ukraine.
On March 4th, 2008, the Company bought corporate rights of the ukrainian Daughter Enterprise Milkiland-Ukraine.
