The company manages its own assets, which are enterprises in the dairy business.
The structure of the Board of Directors of the Company on 04/03/2008 is as follows:
- Chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Anatoliy Yurkevych.
PhD in Economics, 15-year experience in business practice in Ukraine, 13 of which are associated with the dairy business.
Responsible for organisation of the Board of Directors work and reporting to the Shareholders.
- Director is Mrs. Olga Yurkevich.
40-year experience in management, 13 of which are associated with the dairy business.
Responsible for General vision of the Company.
- Operational Director is Mr. Vyacheslav Rekov.
Master in Economics (majoring in Production Management). Experienced in the area of economics and management since 1995, and in the areas of financial management and dairy business since 2001.
Responsible for the Company’s operational activity.
- Legal Director is Allied Corporate Management B.V.
Allied Co. is responsible for legal issues and non-financial reporting of Milkiland B.V. to government authorities.

- Administrative Director is Mr. Ramon Zuketto.
Holds LL.M. and MBA in tax law. Started as tax lawyer in 1995. Experienced in the areas of accounting and legal services.
Responsible for keeping the records of Milkiland B.V., running the office of Milkiland B.V. in the Netherlands and secretary functions.
- Accounting and Tax Director is Mr. Peter Luc Oei,
Graduate in Business economics, a Qualified Controller. Since 1986 he has worked in the area of audit functions/activities.
Responsible for accounting and preparation of financial and tax reporting to government authorities and Shareholders.
