The business of Milkiland B.V. Company aims at integrating agricultural, processing and sales enterprises in the dairy market by way of purchasing their assets and establishing new enterprises.
In order to accomplish this objective, the Company invests funds of its own as well as of the third party.
Purchase of the shares of OJSC "Ostankinsky Dairy Factory" on 16.01.2008 has been the first step taken towards this objective.
In the short term the Company has entered the dairy market of Ukraine.
On January 30th, 2008, the company signed the contract of purchase of 100% shares of Milkiland Corporation (Panama). Milkiland Corporation has invested to milk industry of Ukraine since 1999.
On January 31st, 2008, was signed the contract of purchase of corporate rights of the Daughter Enterprise Milkiland-Ukraine.
On March 4th, 2008. corporate rights and new Statut of DE Milkiland-Ukraine were registered in Ukraine.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine represents diary business which has been developing in Ukraine since 1996 and which incorporates milk processing and distribution of diary products.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine is a successor of enterprise BKS Miltec incorporated in Ukraine.
Since 2002 the Enterprise has been renamed as DE Milkiland-Ukraine.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine is leading operator of ukrainian milk market. The Enterprise represents the production of the group of ukrainian milk factories in the domestic and foreign market of Ukraine.
The dairy factories are located in Chernigiv, Lviv, Kyiv, Poltava, Ternopil, Sumy, Khmelnitsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine.
The factories purchase milk from local farmers and produce cheese, butter, powdered milk, casein, whole milk products. Most of these products are sold through DE Milkiland-Ukraine and under Milkiland's trade markes in Ukraine. DE Milkiland-Ukraine and it's partner companies also supply these products to Russia, EU countries, Africa and Asia.
DE Milkiland-Ukraine develops and adapts different kinds of dairy products for ukrainian market, promotes technical re-equipment of dairy factories.
