The first dairy plant in Slavuta Khmelnytskiy region was founded in 1923. The plant produced 200-300 kg butter per week.
Modern dairy factory "Slavutskiy Butter Plant" was put in operation in 1987.
In 2004 the plant changed it's profile to cheese production. New cheese workshop has opereted since January 2006.
Productive capacity of the plant per 24 hours as for the December 31, 2007:
220 tonnes milk processing;
22 t of creams;
10 t of skimmed milk powder;
15 t of cheese;
5 t of butter.
The enterprise staff is 300 people.
The plant sales production to DE Milkiland-Ukraine for resale in domestic and foreign market.
