According to the policy of social responsibility of our business and taking into the account of today’s complicated situation in Ukraine, Milkiland Group is happy to propose an employment for Ukrainian military personnel members, including those who were forced to leave their regiments in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and would like to get an occupation in a private sector according to their civil specialties.
On February 24, 2014, Milkiland obtained a credit financing from PJSC “Credit Agricole Bank”, Ukrainian subsidiary of Credit Agricole Group, in total amount of USD 15 million.
Milkiland have been informed by its contracting parties in Russia on imposition of tightened customs clearance procedures of the Ukrainian goods at the Russian border by Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation from 28 January 2014.
Milkiland Ukraine supplied the first lot of cheese to Turkmenistan under a contract signed in November this year. The contract with the Turkmen buyers totaling USD 2 million is valid until December 31, 2014.
On 15 November 2013, according to the decision of Annual General Shareholders Meeting dated 21 June 2013, Milkiland paid a dividends to its shareholders in the amount of EUR 0.08 per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2012.
