Milkiland B.V. has signed the contract with DE Milkiland-Ukraine to render service of commercial representation in Ukraine.

In accordance with the contract DE Milkiland-Ukraine represents and protects interestes of the Company and assists in performance of the following actions:

• to represent and protect the Company's interests in Ukraine;
• to provide for the stay in Ukraine of representatives of the Company and other persons directed by the Company;
• to conduct representative activity, including meetings, negotiations, conduction the exhibitions;
• to conclude agreements and contracts, and other legal actions;

• to carry out advertising and markleting activity.
